Course and bundle refunds.

Full refund window for presales and other purchases

For presale purchases, a full refund is available when requested within 24 hours after all purchased course and community access becomes available. The presale window starts at complete access availability, not payment or your first sign-in. Presale access opens October 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern; if launch is delayed, the window starts when all that access actually becomes available. For other purchases, a full refund is available when requested within 24 hours of purchase. These windows apply to each of the four individual courses and either bundle. The individual courses are US$499.99 each; the Architect Foundations + Professional bundle is US$749.99; the four-course bundle is US$1,499.99. These six offers are one-time purchases with perpetual access to their included courses.

How to request it

Email support@aicertificationhub.com from the address used for your purchase. Include the course name and your order or receipt reference. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or sign-in codes.

After a full refund

The access provided by the refunded purchase ends. Other separately purchased course access is not removed. Payment processing and the time for a refund to reach your account depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary policy does not exclude or limit rights that apply by law, including any applicable rights for digital content and online services. The checkout does not ask you to waive statutory cancellation rights.

Accidental duplicate purchase

If you believe you purchased the same course or bundle twice by mistake, contact support with the two receipt references. Do not make another purchase to try to repair access.
